- Line a baking tray with parchment paper to create a clean surface for dipping and setting the pretzels.
- Place semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval until completely smooth. Repeat the process with white chocolate in a separate bowl.
- Hold each pretzel rod and dip approximately two-thirds of its length into the melted chocolate. Gently lift and allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Immediately place dipped pretzels on the prepared tray. While chocolate remains wet, generously coat with Easter sprinkles or drizzle with melted candy melts for a decorative finish.
- Let pretzels stand at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes until chocolate hardens completely. For faster setting, transfer tray to refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer finished pretzels to an airtight container. Store at cool room temperature away from direct sunlight for up to one week.
