01 - Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Repeat process with lemon gelatin in a separate dish.
02 - Beat heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside for later use.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into mixture until well combined.
04 - Once gelatin layers are fully set, cut both strawberry and lemon gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
05 - Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the bottom of each jar. Add a layer of strawberry gelatin cubes, diced strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
06 - Add another layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by lemon gelatin cubes, diced pineapple, and additional marshmallows.
07 - Finish with a final spoonful of cream cheese mixture on top. Chill assembled jars for at least 1 hour to set.
08 - Before serving, top each jar with whipped cream, a marshmallow bunny candy, and pastel sprinkles.
