01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
02 - Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings in a large bowl with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Place wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
04 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant without browning. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice.
05 - Transfer hot wings to a large bowl. Pour sauce over wings and toss until evenly coated.
06 - Arrange wings on a platter. Garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
