01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly scatter chopped turkey bacon and minced garlic over the Brussels sprouts.
04 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until sprouts are golden brown, crisp, and turkey bacon is cooked through.
05 - Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts before serving, if desired.
