06 - Drizzle the honey-lemon mixture over the carrots and toss to coat evenly. Return to the oven and roast for 8 to 10 minutes until caramelized and tender.
07 - Transfer the carrots to a serving dish. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm.
